I have not done excellently yet —Taiwo

Tosin Taiwo is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of the 'Street to School Initiative' (formerly known as the Resource Sharing Network). The NGO which focuses on sponsoring the education of the less privileged; especially the girl child, has over the years, afforded many secondary school students the opportunity of furthering their education into higher institutions. The NGO has also taken up the financial responsibility of some children in primary schools, as well as help some out of school children, get into the classroom. Taiwo's work has earned her several recognitions including the U.S Consul-General Award, as a fellow of the Carrington Youth Fellowship Initiative (CYFI), in 2013. She recently returned from the United States of American, where she was nominated to represent Nigeria in a two-week professional exchange program, tagged 'International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP)', a multi-regional project – sponsored by the U.S Department of States – focused on the role of NGOs in promoting global women issues.
